What this version collects
This informational website currently has no account registration, payment collection, advertising pixels or browser-based analytics trackers. Fonts and brand images are delivered through our own website infrastructure. Please do not send identification documents, financial records or other sensitive information through an unverified contact channel.
Private inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we process your name or entity, email address and message to review and respond to your request. Netlify processes the form request, Resend delivers the notification, and Microsoft 365 holds the executive mailbox correspondence. These providers may process data outside your country. Please do not include sensitive financial records or identification documents. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email inquiries@lunario.do.
Hosting and connection data
Netlify hosts the website and processes requests needed to deliver and secure it, which can include IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps. Cloudflare provides domain infrastructure; if proxying is enabled when the custom domain launches, it may also process connection data. Hosting and security processing follows provider retention and security practices; we do not represent that all infrastructure logs are immediately deleted.
Traffic statistics
Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes request information to produce traffic statistics, including page views, approximate visitor locations and referral sources. Visitor counts use IP addresses. This analytics service adds no tracking script or analytics cookies to your browser. We use these statistics to understand interest in our pages and improve the website. This processing is independent of your optional-map choice.
Your privacy choice
We store the optional-map preference and its timestamp in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. It is not used for advertising or profiling. You can reject optional maps, change the choice through Cookie settings, or clear site storage in your browser. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current visit.
Optional Mapbox maps
The Mapbox embed is disabled unless you allow external maps. When configured and allowed, it sends connection and map usage information to Mapbox to deliver its service. This website does not request your device’s precise geolocation. Withdrawal removes the active map and prevents future map loads on this site; it cannot undo earlier data transfers. Purpose and providers
We use necessary connection data to deliver and protect the site and your saved choice to honor privacy settings. Optional map processing follows your choice. Netlify and, where applicable, Cloudflare and Mapbox may process information outside your country. We do not operate advertising-based data sales or sharing on this version of the website.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal data relating to you and request access, correction, deletion or other available remedies. You may withdraw an optional map choice at any time. Appropriate identity verification may be needed for a personal-data request; do not send sensitive documents unless a secure process is agreed.
Updates
This notice will be updated before adding accounts, marketing, payments or other materially different processing. New optional tools must remain disabled until the relevant choices and disclosures are in place.
